About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in recruiting for the banking sector, with a particular focus on fintech. In this role, you will take the lead in sourcing and hiring specialized banking talent, with an emphasis on financial risk roles. Your expertise in understanding various banking functions and a strong network within the industry will be essential to support our recruitment goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs across the banking domain, especially in areas related to financial risk, such as credit risk, operational risk, market risk, compliance, and fraud prevention.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates with banking and fintech experience, utilizing multiple channels like LinkedIn, industry networks, and job boards.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of candidates' qualifications, focusing on technical competencies and soft skills relevant to banking roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for financial risk positions, fostering relationships with industry professionals and potential hires.
  • Provide insights and guidance to hiring managers and stakeholders on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices for attracting top talent in the financial risk space.
  • Stay current with industry developments and regulatory changes affecting financial risk management to inform recruitment strategies and requirements.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation in the banking and fintech sectors, promoting a strong value proposition for potential candidates.

Main Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully recruiting for the banking or fintech sectors. Experience in financial risk recruitment is a strong advantage, demonstrating the ability to navigate specialized areas within the industry.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of banking roles, with in-depth knowledge of financial risk areas such as credit risk, operational risk, market risk, fraud prevention, and compliance regulations essential for effectively assessing candidates for these specialized roles.
  • Skills: Strong sourcing and networking skills within the banking industry.
  • At least intermediate knowledge of Russian and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to assess candidate fit within specialized banking roles.
