Key Responsibilities:
Management of Individual and Group Learning Processes:
- Assisting in the selection of individual and group training programs.
- Coordinating the procurement process for individual courses and group educational programs.
Organization of Language Courses:
- Managing the learning process for Russian and English language courses.
- Keeping attendance records for language courses.
- Monitoring the quality of lessons.
Coordination of Educational Platforms:
- Collecting data on the results of training courses.
- Ensuring compliance with training deadlines.
- Preparing reports on training outcomes.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Higher education.
- Experience in training or HR will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English.
