TBC Bank Group PLC established Space International with the strategic aim of facilitating the group's global expansion efforts. In 2018, the team successfully introduced the pioneering neobank, Space, in Georgia. Building upon this success, subsequent efforts were directed towards the creation and launch of the fully digital bank in Uzbekistan, TBC UZ, in 2020. In a significant move towards enhancing its foothold in the Uzbek market, the group acquired Payme, a prominent local payments provider and esteemed brand among the Uzbek populace, in 2023.

We’re looking for a data-driven Product Delivery Data Analyst to join our team and help optimize how our product and engineering teams deliver value. You’ll go deeper than surface-level metrics to reveal the operational levels that improve speed, quality, and alignment across teams. This is more than tracking activity—it’s about translating complex delivery data into insights that accelerate outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build reporting systems and dashboards using data from Jira, Git, CI/CD tools, and internal systems
- Track how product and engineering teams deliver by analyzing trends in speed, quality, and stability across multiple metrics
- Surface delivery trends, bottlenecks, and team-level performance insights
- Track alignment of team performance against OKRs, strategic goals, and customer outcomes
- Support quarterly planning with historical delivery data and capacity insights
- Present key insights to stakeholders and create narratives that support data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Experience in data analytics, engineering/product operations, or delivery analytics
- Understanding of Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycles (SDLC) is a strong plus
- Experience designing custom Jira workflows, fields, and schemes
- Strong knowledge of Agile software development processes and metrics
- Proficiency in data tools like SQL, Looker/Tableau/Power BI, and Jira APIs
- Experience working with Git/GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and/or DevOps metrics is a strong plus

- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
