TBC Bank Group PLC established Space International with the strategic aim of facilitating the group's global expansion efforts. In 2018, the team successfully introduced the pioneering neobank, Space, in Georgia. Building upon this success, subsequent efforts were directed towards the creation and launch of the fully digital bank in Uzbekistan, TBC UZ, in 2020. In a significant move towards enhancing its foothold in the Uzbek market, the group acquired Payme, a prominent local payments provider and esteemed brand among the Uzbek populace, in 2023.

We are looking for talented individuals with Agile Delivery Analyst experience to join our team
Primary Focus:
Reporting & Analytics:
Develop and maintain comprehensive Jira dashboards and reports using JQL, gadgets, and potentially integrated reporting tools.
Create and automate key delivery reports, including:
- Sprint Health Reports (e.g., burn down/burn up, velocity, commitment reliability)
- Initiative/Epic progress tracking across multiple teams
- Quarterly & Monthly Plan visualization and progress monitoring within Jira
- Cycle time, lead time, and other flow metrics analysis
- Sprint Results Reporting
Process Monitoring & Support:
- Monitor team adherence to defined Jira workflows and processes, highlighting deviations or areas needing attention
- Support the implementation and tracking of cross-team dependencies within Jira
- Act as a subject matter expert on Jira usage and best practices for Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and team members
- Assist in documenting Jira configurations, reporting standards, and process guidelines
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycles (SDLC)
- Expert-level proficiency in JQL (Jira Query Language) for complex searching and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to create insightful dashboards and reports within Jira to track Agile metrics and project progress
- Experience designing custom Jira workflows, fields, and schemes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Confidence in English & Russian Languages
