TBC Bank Group PLC established Space International with the strategic aim of facilitating the group's global expansion efforts. In 2018, the team successfully introduced the pioneering neobank, Space, in Georgia. Building upon this success, subsequent efforts were directed towards the creation and launch of the fully digital bank in Uzbekistan, TBC UZ, in 2020. In a significant move towards enhancing its foothold in the Uzbek market, the group acquired Payme, a prominent local payments provider and esteemed brand among the Uzbek populace, in 2023. Presently, a dedicated team of 1,700 professionals representing 17 nationalities collaborates to advance TBC's international presence. Space International spearheads the provision of cutting-edge technologies and top-tier professional services, while the local teams at Payme and TBC Uzbekistan drive sustained growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Assist with preparing employment-related documents (contracts, addendums, confirmation letters, etc.).
- Maintain up-to-date employee files and ensure proper documentation is stored securely.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process by preparing checklists, collecting documents, and updating records.
- Help track probation periods, contract end dates, and other employment-related milestones.
HR Systems & Data Entry
- Enter and update employee information in the HRIS (e.g., HiBob, BambooHR) accurately and on time.
- Assist with generating reports and organizing data for internal use or audit purposes.
- Support bulk changes in the HR system (activations, deactivations, role changes).
Operational Coordination
- Liaise with other teams (finance, legal, IT) to coordinate employee-related processes (e.g., payroll input, access rights).
- Help maintain internal trackers, calendars, and documentation for HR operations.
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and internal requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or final-year student).
- Up to 1 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or operational role (internships included).
- Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn HR systems and tools.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
