In 2018, the team successfully introduced the pioneering neobank, Space, in Georgia. Building upon this success, subsequent efforts were directed towards the creation and launch of the fully digital bank in Uzbekistan, TBC UZ, in 2020. We are seeking a CRM Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technical support and maintenance for our CRM systems, ensuring maximum uptime, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The candidate will troubleshoot issues, manage user requests, and work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure the CRM platform aligns with business requirements.

Primary Focus

  • Provide first- and second-level support for CRM-related issues.
  • Monitor system performance, perform regular maintenance, and implement updates.
  • Assist users with CRM functionalities, training, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers and vendors for escalations and enhancements.
  • Manage user access, roles, and security within the CRM platform.
  • Analyze and improve workflows and automation processes.
  • Participate in testing and deployment of new CRM features or upgrades.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM support (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Understanding of CRM architecture, integrations, and data flows.
  • Experience with support ticketing systems and basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
