What You Will Do:
- Plan and oversee projects for the implementation and development of complex IT systems.
- Manage project deadlines and risks.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Allocate tasks and resources efficiently.
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation.
- Continuously improve project management processes.
We Are Looking For:
- 2-3 years of experience in IT project management.
- Successful completion of at least 3 large projects as a Project Manager.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile (SCRUM, Kanban).
- Ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
- Experience working with distributed teams.
- Fluent in Russian, with a minimum of C1 proficiency in English.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness and ability to learn new tools and technologies.
- Possess strong analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, including mentoring and leadership abilities.
