Primary Focus:
- Hire, develop and motivate the team
- Build processes and interaction with product leaders
- Standardize and develop reporting, including in terms of visualization
- Implement A/B testing practices in all areas
- Build metrics architectures for products
- Change people's thinking - any decision should be made based on data
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience;
- Experience as a head of a product analytics team;
- Higher education;
- SQL, Python, Microsoft Excel, PowerBI/Tableu/other BI tools
- Knowledge of Russian and English.
