Payme, a leading company in Uzbekistan's fintech industry, attracts over 11,6 million users with its convenient and efficient payment solutions. Since its establishment in 2012 and the launch of its main product – a mobile application in 2016, Payme continues to streamline financial transactions for its clients. In April 2019, TBC acquired a 51% stake in Payme for $5.5 million, valuing the company at $10.8 million. In May 2023, TBC Group Uzbekistan purchased the remaining 49% of Payme's shares, valued at $113.6 million, affirming its leadership in the region's fintech industry.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and maintain an iOS application automation framework (XCUITest or other tools — the automation technology stack is flexible based on the candidate’s expertise);
- Establish automation processes for iOS applications and plan necessary resources;
- Integrate automated tests into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines;
- Integrate automated tests with Allure TestOps;
- Create and manage bug reports while collaborating with the development team;
- Analyze and optimize tests to enhance efficiency and coverage;
- Participate in the planning and estimation of test automation tasks;
- Research and implement new tools and methodologies for automated testing;
- Conduct interviews and mentor team members, with a focus on expanding the team.
We Are Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience in automated testing of iOS applications;
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing;
- Hands-on experience with XCUITest, XCTest, or other similar frameworks;
- Strong knowledge of GIT;
- Fluent in Russian, with intermediate English proficiency;
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud services for mobile application testing;
- Knowledge of mobile application security testing principles;
- Experience working in international teams;
- Understanding of microservice architecture and experience working with APIs (REST API, JSON-RPC);
- Familiarity with Unix-like systems (TestOps, infrastructure setup) is a plus.
