In 2018, the team successfully introduced the pioneering neobank, Space, in Georgia. Building upon this success, subsequent efforts were directed towards the creation and launch of the fully digital bank in Uzbekistan, TBC UZ, in 2020. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Office and Workplace Experience Lead

to oversee and manage our back office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all administrative processes, supporting various departments, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the back office team, providing guidance.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including data entry, record keeping, and document management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance back office productivity and service quality.
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle escalated issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Legal or other related field.
  • Proven experience in a back office or administrative lead role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge in legal and financial fields will be a plus.
