TBC Bank Group PLC established Space International with the strategic aim of facilitating the group's global expansion efforts. In 2018, the team successfully introduced the pioneering neobank, Space, in Georgia. Building upon this success, subsequent efforts were directed towards the creation and launch of the fully digital bank in Uzbekistan, TBC UZ, in 2020. In a significant move towards enhancing its foothold in the Uzbek market, the group acquired Payme, a prominent local payments provider and esteemed brand among the Uzbek populace, in 2023.
Presently, a dedicated team of 1,700 professionals representing 17 nationalities collaborates to advance TBC's international presence. We are looking for talented individuals with Internal Systems Engineering Lead experience to join our team.
Primary Focus:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering skill development and collaboration
- Develop and execute a roadmap for technologies, ensuring scalability and security
- Implement and maintain role-based access controls (RBAC) for users across all applications
- Management and administration of all internal systems and IDP e.g. Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365
- Onboarding new enterprise applications and managing/updating existing ones
- Privileged User Management
- Design and implement automated Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes integrated with HR systems for seamless employee onboarding, role transitions, and offboarding
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and security, to align technology strategies with organizational needs
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience: 2+ years of experience System And Cloud Administration
Technical Skills:
Identity and Access Management (IAM): Expertise in Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, role-based access control (RBAC), and Conditional Access policies
Cloud Platform Management: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, including Azure AD Connect, Azure Resource Management, and cloud monitoring
Enterprise Collaboration Tools: Administration of tools like Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint), Slack, , and similar workplace platforms
Automation and Scripting: Advanced skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation of JML workflows, configurations, and system integrations
Endpoint Management: Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), SCCM, or similar tools for device provisioning, security, and management
