TBC Bank Group PLC established Space International with the strategic aim of facilitating the group's global expansion efforts. In 2018, the team successfully introduced the pioneering neobank, Space, in Georgia. Building upon this success, subsequent efforts were directed towards the creation and launch of the fully digital bank in Uzbekistan, TBC UZ, in 2020. In a significant move towards enhancing its foothold in the Uzbek market, the group acquired Payme, a prominent local payments provider and esteemed brand among the Uzbek populace, in 2023.
Presently, a dedicated team of 1,700 professionals representing 17 nationalities collaborates to advance TBC's international presence. Space International spearheads the provision of cutting-edge technologies and top-tier professional services, while the local teams at Payme and TBC Uzbekistan drive sustained growth and operational excellence.
We are looking for talented individuals with Enterprise Product Manager experience to join our team
Primary Focus:
Enterprise Tool Strategy & Governance
- Define the multi-entity governance model broader workplace tool ecosystem.
- Build and maintain the Enterprise Tool Map, including tool owners, license tiers, standards, access policies, and usage guidelines.
- Ensure all enterprise tools align with Group-wide security, compliance, procurement, architectural, and organizational standards.
Product Roadmap & Lifecycle Ownership
- Own the roadmap for enterprise workplace tools across Space International, Payme, and TBC Uzbekistan.
- Lead product lifecycle management across planning, deployment, optimization, deprecation, migrations, and renewals.
- Identify opportunities to reduce tool fragmentation, consolidate capabilities, and improve cost efficiency.
Requirements Gathering & Solution Design
- Collaborate with teams across Tech, Operations, HR, Compliance, and Business Lines to gather requirements and design effective workflows.
- Translate requirements into scalable configurations, workflows, automation rules, and integration logic.
- Optimize workflows, structures, workspace governance, configurations, and other workspace setups.
Operations & Optimization
Oversee operational management of enterprise tools, including:
- User lifecycle management
- License optimization
- Workspace governance and structural hygiene
- Permission and role model governance
- Automation pipelines and integrations
- Configuration management across tools
Ensure high reliability, operational efficiency, and seamless collaboration across all teams and entities.
User Experience & Adoption
- Develop internal standards, best practices, and playbooks for enterprise workplace tools.
- Partner with HR and IT Workplace teams to improve onboarding, enablement, and self-service experiences.
- Lead user research, feedback loops, surveys, and Digital Employee Experience assessments to enhance usability and satisfaction.
Vendor Management & Market Research
- Manage relationships enterprise tool vendors.
- Conduct benchmarking and market research to maintain a modern and efficient workplace tool ecosystem.
- Evaluate emerging trends in AI-enabled collaboration and automation and integrate relevant capabilities.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
Track and report KPIs such as:
- Tool usage and adoption rates
- License consumption and optimization metrics
- Workflow throughput and response time
- Cost efficiency and contract value
Provide structured, data-driven reports and insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Enterprise IT Tools, Digital Workplace, product management, or SaaS workplace platform ownership.
- Strong understanding of enterprise communication, collaboration, and productivity platforms.
- Ability to analyze workflows, gather business requirements, and design effective workplace tool processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and multinational teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Atlassian administration, and ITIL/ITSM practices.
- Knowledge of enterprise security models, identity and access management, and compliance frameworks.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles for internal tool experience enhancement.
- Experience working in FinTech, digital banking, or multi-entity international organizations.
