In 2018, the team successfully introduced the pioneering neobank, Space, in Georgia. Building upon this success, subsequent efforts were directed towards the creation and launch of the fully digital bank in Uzbekistan, TBC UZ, in 2020. In a significant move towards enhancing its foothold in the Uzbek market, the group acquired Payme, a prominent local payments provider and esteemed brand among the Uzbek populace, in 2023.
Presently, a dedicated team of 1,700 professionals representing 17 nationalities collaborates to advance TBC's international presence. We are looking for talented individuals with Monitoring Center Engineer experience to join our team
Primary Focus:
- Monitoring of TBC UZ application performance and infrastructure using various monitoring tools;
- Ensuring that all alerts are acknowledged and addressed properly during the shift;
- Incident initiation;
- Act as the first point of escalation for incidents during the shift;
- Ensure timely and accurate incident reporting and documentation in the monitoring tools;
- Involvement in the incident investigation process.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT operations or related fields required;
- Experience in system monitoring and incident management;
- Overall knowledge of IT infrastructure;
- Working experience with monitoring tools like Zabbix, AppDynamics, Kibana, Grafana, Sentry is highly desirable;
- Ability to think critically and identify potential problems or issues before they occur;
- Understanding of key metrics and their impact on systems;
- Experience with alerting systems and observability platforms.
