TBC Bank Group PLC established Space International with the strategic aim of facilitating the group's global expansion efforts. In 2018, the team successfully introduced the pioneering neobank, Space, in Georgia. Building upon this success, subsequent efforts were directed towards the creation and launch of the fully digital bank in Uzbekistan, TBC UZ, in 2020. In a significant move towards enhancing its foothold in the Uzbek market, the group acquired Payme, a prominent local payments provider and esteemed brand among the Uzbek populace, in 2023.

Presently, a dedicated team of 1,700 professionals representing 17 nationalities collaborates to advance TBC's international presence. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Office and Workplace Experience Lead

to oversee and manage our back-office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all administrative processes, supporting various departments, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Communication:

  • Developing Communication Strategies: Creating and implementing communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Content Creation: Producing internal content, such as newsletters, emails, short videos, and announcements.
  • Employee Engagement: Initiating programs and events to increase engagement, celebrate achievements, and promote the company's values and culture. Including engagement in sports activities, office events, talks and knowledge sharing events.
  • Change Management Support: Assisting in communicating changes within the organization.
  • Corporate merchandise: developing branding with designer for employee merchandise for various occasions and celebrations (New Year, back to school and etc)
  • Corporate events and team building: organize big corporate teambuildings twice a year for the whole team
  • Managing internal channels: manage intranet or corporate other corporate channels (workplace, Telegram), produce corresponding content to engage employees
  • Learning and development: Design and implement comprehensive learning programs that align with the organization’s goals and objectives. Manage the budget for training and development initiatives, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Oversee the management and utilization of learning platforms.

Employer Branding:

  • Strategy Development: Design and execute employer branding strategies to position the company as an attractive workplace. Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure alignment with the overall brand strategy.
  • Content Creation: Manage content team to produce engaging content for various communication channels, including social media, career sites, and employee testimonials. Craft stories and campaigns that highlight the company's culture, values, and employee experiences.
  • Social Media Management: Overseeing content team for to maintain consistent communication along social media channels
  • Talent Attraction: Partner with recruitment teams to identify key selling points and create targeted recruitment marketing campaigns. Organize and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other networking opportunities.
  • Tech community building and conferences: Work closely with communications team to maintain our employees precedes on relevant events.
  • Actively search and engage in tech community meetups and events, represent our speakers on local and international conference
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key metrics related to employer branding and candidate engagement. Conduct research to understand market trends and competitors' employer branding strategies.
  • Brand Management: Ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all external platforms.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Engaging with stakeholders across the company, customers, partners, and the community, to build and maintain relationships.

    Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience in managing teams
  • Fluency in English and Georgian is required, and proficiency in Russian is a plus
  • Strategic thinking and planning
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with media relations and crisis management
  • Understanding of digital and social media strategies
