TBC Bank Group PLC established Space International with the strategic aim of facilitating the group's global expansion efforts. In 2018, the team successfully introduced the pioneering neobank, Space, in Georgia. Building upon this success, subsequent efforts were directed towards the creation and launch of the fully digital bank in Uzbekistan, TBC UZ, in 2020. In a significant move towards enhancing its foothold in the Uzbek market, the group acquired Payme, a prominent local payments provider and esteemed brand among the Uzbek populace, in 2023.
Presently, a dedicated team of 1,700 professionals representing 17 nationalities collaborates to advance TBC's international presence. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team.
Primary focus:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters specializing in operational roles, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional results.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to address those needs efficiently
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates, including proactive outreach, networking, employee referrals, and partnerships with external organizations
- Evaluate and optimize recruitment processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and candidate experience
- Analyze recruitment metrics and performance data to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve recruitment strategies and outcomes
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, sharing insights with the team and implementing innovative approaches to attract top talent
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for operational roles, including 1 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams, with a strong track record of achieving hiring goals and delivering results
- Deep understanding of operational functions and the ability to effectively assess candidate fit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Proficiency in both English and Russian is required
