Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have full proficiency with paid media platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, DV360, Yandex), and be able to effectively execute performance marketing campaigns.

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various channels. You will work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing to develop and execute strategies that drive measurable results for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Yandex Ads, Eskimi, DV360)
  • Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns and make recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Performance Marketing to develop and execute performance marketing strategies.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in performance marketing, and apply this knowledge to improve campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Full proficiency in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Yandex, DV360.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing successful performance marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Firebase, Appsflyer etc.)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred, but not required.
