You will be working on products and services such as:

  • Instant cash loan,
  • Deposit,
  • Virtual and physical cards,
  • Onboarding and customer verification.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying the team's analytics needs and ensuring the collection of necessary data in production.
  • Designing optimal metrics and approaches to find answers in the data, to test hypotheses, or to analyze various processes/products.
  • Creating dashboards and reports for the product team and stakeholders.
  • Analyzing product metrics, identifying growth opportunities and problematic stages in the customer journey, discovering user problems and needs, and proposing hypotheses and solutions.
  • Planning, launching, and analyzing experiments.
  • Constantly collaborating with product owners, designers, developers, and UX researchers.
  • Reporting to the Product Owner/Tribe Lead (your product leaders) and the Product Analytics Lead (your functional leader).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of product/data analyst experience.
  • Analytical mindset, product- and user-oriented thinking.
  • Strong grasp of product metrics, funnels, and basic statistics principles.
  • Proven experience of analyzing A/B test results.
  • Experience of working with event-based product analytics systems (Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog).
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • English proficiency (B1/B2 level) for team communication and reading documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills to simplify complex solutions and present your ideas to the team.
  • Strategic and business-oriented thinking, capable of making decisions based on experience and data.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Comfortable multitasking and adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open-mindedness and willingness to consider different perspectives.
  • Familiarity and experience using online services in fintech, e-commerce, social networks, communications, navigation, media, etc.

Plus points:

  • Experience working with Python and analytical libraries such as Pandas, NumPy.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
