TBC Bank Group PLC established Space International with the strategic aim of facilitating the group's global expansion efforts. In 2018, the team successfully introduced the pioneering neobank, Space, in Georgia. Building upon this success, subsequent efforts were directed towards the creation and launch of the fully digital bank in Uzbekistan, TBC UZ, in 2020. In a significant move towards enhancing its foothold in the Uzbek market, the group acquired Payme, a prominent local payments provider and esteemed brand among the Uzbek populace, in 2023.
Presently, a dedicated team of 1,700 professionals representing 17 nationalities collaborates to advance TBC's international presence. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal IT Systems Integration Lead to join our team.
Primary focus:
Technical Tools and Platform Administration:
- Administer technical tools and platforms used in the workplace, such as Atlassian and Microsoft systems
- Configure and customize these tools to align with the organization's workflows and requirements
Technical Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the technical infrastructure of the workplace, including network setup, hardware configurations, and software systems
- Ensure that the workplace environment meets technical standards for connectivity, security, and accessibility
Workplace Access Management:
- Administer access controls and permissions for workplace resources, including network access, software applications, and collaboration tools
Technical Support and Training:
- Provide technical support to employees on using workplace tools and platforms effectively
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of technical workplace specialists, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Information Security HR, and facilities, to align technical workplace initiatives with organizational goals and priorities
Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of experience in technical infrastructure management or related roles
- Knowledge of access control principles and identity management systems
- Experience with user provisioning, authentication mechanisms, and role-based access controls
- Proficiency in administering technical tools and platforms such as Atlassian and Microsoft
- Experience in configuring workflows, user permissions, and integrations within these platforms
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and principles, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure as code (nice to have)
- Experience with tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes for automating and orchestrating software delivery pipelines (nice to have)
